6. Pricing & Errors

• While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing or property information may occur.
• The Company reserves the right to correct any errors, modify information, or cancel bookings arising from such errors, even after payment, at its sole discretion.

7. Payments

• Payments made on the website may include booking amount, token amount, advance payment, or service charges.
• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners, including IDFC First Bank Payment Gateway.
• The Company does not store card or banking details.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• After plot booking, cancellation is generally not permitted.
• Any cancellation or refund shall be considered only at the sole discretion of Siddharth Kutumb Pvt. Ltd.
• If a refund is approved, a mandatory deduction of 30% of the total amount paid shall apply.
• Only 70% of the paid amount shall be refundable.
• No refund shall be allowed once plot allotment, agreement preparation, docentation, or registration process has commenced.
• Approved refunds shall be processed through the IDFC First Bank Payment Gateway to the original payment source.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by developers, authorities, banks, or third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the exclusive property of Siddharth Kutumb Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
