Return & Refund Cancilation Policy (Products)

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by the company, Siddharth Kutumb Pvt. Ltd. will initiate the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment or the customer’s chosen refund method within 7 working days from successful receipt of the product.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment gateway/bank policies.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Service Provider Company)

  • Due to the nature of services, refund or cancellation requests are generally not entertained once payment has been successfully made.
  • However, if a refund is approved at the sole discretion of Siddharth Kutumb Pvt. Ltd., a deduction of 30% of the total amount paid shall be applied towards administrative, operational, and service charges.
  • Only the remaining 70% amount (after deduction) will be refunded to the customer.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the Payment Gateway to the original source of payment.
  • The decision of Siddharth Kutumb Pvt. Ltd. regarding refund eligibility shall be final and binding.

Cancellation Policy (Plot / Real Estate Sales)

  • After plot booking, cancellation is generally not allowed.
  • Any cancellation request shall be considered only at the sole discretion of Siddharth Kutumb Pvt. Ltd.
  • If a refund is approved, a mandatory deduction of 30% of the total amount paid shall be applied in all cases, without exception.
  • Only the remaining 70% amount shall be eligible for refund.
  • NO cancellation and NO refund shall be permitted once any of the following has commenced:
  • Plot allotment
  • Issuance of booking letter or agreement
  • Documentation process
  • Registration process
  • Approved refunds (after 30% deduction) shall be processed only through the Payment Gateway and credited back to the original source of payment.
  • The decision of Siddharth Kutumb Pvt. Ltd. regarding cancellation and refund eligibility shall be final and binding

Company-Initiated Cancellation

Siddharth Kutumb Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion in cases such as:

  • Unusually long delivery timelines
  • Shipment being physically untraceable

In such cases, the full amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to the original source account.

Payment Gateway Refund Policy ()

  • All online payments are securely processed through the Payment Gateway.
  • By making a payment, customers agree to the terms and conditions of in addition to Siddharth Kutumb Pvt. Ltd.’s policies.
  • Refunds approved by Siddharth Kutumb Pvt. Ltd. will be initiated through the Payment Gateway only.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same source/payment method used at the time of transaction (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets, if applicable)

Refund Timelines (After Initiation)

  • UPI / Wallets: 3–7 working days
  • Debit Cards: 5–10 working days
  • Credit Cards: 7–14 working days
  • Net Banking: 3–7 working days
  • The above timelines are indicative and subject to , NPCI, card networks, and customer bank processing cycles.
  • Siddharth Kutumb Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays caused by the banking system or payment gateway partners.
  • In case of failed, duplicate, or excess payments, the refund will be processed after successful verification as per Payment Gateway norms
  • Customers are advised to retain the transaction reference number for all payment-related communications.
